When is payment due?
Payment is due in full along with signed contract at time of booking to secure your date.

What if the weather is bad?
If the weather is bad we can reschedule. Sunny and overcast are both great for picture days. Rain may ruin our plans.. or make them magical!
What if I don’t want the session to take place at my barn?
Most of the time my sessions are located wherever the horse is boarded. There are many benefits to doing your session "at home". Your horse will feel much more comfortable and be more cooperative in his normal surroundings as well as have friends around to keep him happy. Sometimes taking a horse to a new location alone is not the most relaxing experience. If you would like to venture off the farm for your session, that is definitely an option! You will be responsible for trailering your horse to the location and getting permission to photograph there.
When will I get my photos?
Roughly 2 weeks after session date you will receive your gallery to sort thru, choose your favorites and purchase add ons if desired. The gallery will be live for three weeks. But I store your images up to 6 months. If you decide later you’d like to purchase additional images just reach out!
Can I share the images on social media?
Absolurely!! I love it when clients share their pictures with friends. The photos from your session will be yours to share as much as you'd like, wherever you'd like! Credit to Katelyn Rain Photography is always appreciated.
